Having a healthy body is the desire of every person. Many people who perform a variety of ways and activities to get the body healthy. Healthy lifestyle the harder to do a lot of people and the drag is when eating becomes one of the targets that must be considered to make the body healthy.

Food, to the attention of many people, especially women who want to diet to get attractive looks and body to be slim. Unfortunately there was a lot of diet trends that have caused the risk to health, there are even women who are willing to not eat to lose weight. Diet is actually harmful because it does not pay attention to the health condition of the body as well, but the body needs food for energy intake and metabolism.
